If you hear the word “orange”, what comes to mind?
It’s an important question for one reason — multiple options can be represented by the same word.
This is the problem with language. We are not given a pre-determined
set of words with their singular meaning. Would that make
communication easier? Probably. But you can say, “Orange” and
mean a color or a fruit or maybe something else entirely./.../
